Fat Free Pudding Pops

These are so easy to make and a HUGE hit!

Fat Free Pudding Pops

 

1 Package of Sugar Free Pudding Mix

1 1/2 Cup of Skim Milk

2 Cup Fat Free Whipped Cream

Dissolve pudding in milk, Whip in Whipped Cream, Scoop into Dixie Cups and add Popsicle stick

Freeze and Enjoy!!

 

 

Summer Wrap

1/2 Cup of Chopped Chicken

3 Tbl of Fuji Apples

2 Tbl of Chopped Red Grapes

2 tsp Honey

Mix and Wrap in Romaine Lettuce Leaf
